What travel fees do you charge?
We have the travel fees included in the price! For accommodations we are usually between 3-5 nights in America, and 5+ nights for exotic.
Do we book your travel or do you?
You give me your wedding information, date, when you are flying in, the hotels you are staying and I will book it. If your hotel is over $500 a night (or very extravagant), I will do my best to find a more affordable room within the hotel itself or a nearby one. It is preferable to be at the same hotel. **If you have special price with travel agent you would connect me with them.
When do we pay the travel fees?
When we book, I will have already pre-selected the flights, hotel and miscellaneous costs to give you an accurate quote for the travel fees. It will be outlined with your contract. The travel fee must be paid upon booking as is included as part of the booking fee. The travel fee is non-refundable if there is any cancellation.
Will you be there the entire time with us?
I will do my best to be there when you need me. On your wedding day I am there from morning till night. We set up the time you want me to come for the morning and I stay until the end of the night. If there is anything special any other nights I can also try and be there if time allows.
We want to get day after photos outside the resort/ excursion, can we do that?
Of course! We can plan the shoot outside the resort or hotel area. Depending on the distance and time it takes to get there an additional day must be added to the package.
We are getting married somewhere awesome, and are doing our honeymoon there. Can you travel with us to photograph our adventures?
